Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure all details are correct before purchasing.

  1. No Refund Policy
    We are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or travel issues.

  2. Event Changes
    We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, or venue if necessary. Any changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

  3. Ticket Holder Responsibility
    You are responsible for the safekeeping of your ticket. Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced.

  4. Admission
    Entry may be refused if a ticket is invalid, duplicated, or used in breach of these terms. Only the named person on the ticket is eligible for entry. Photographic ID is required for entry.

  5. Photography & Recording
    Please be aware that we will be taking photographs and potentially filming at this event. By attending this event, you have agreed to the following statement: I give permission for the City of Champions to use my photograph and other media such as film and quotations, on City of Champions promotional material and publications, for which it may be suitable. When you enter a City of Champions Event (“CoC”) event, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to be photographed and recorded for audio and video. This material and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction may be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by CoC and its representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar CoC events in the future, highlight the current event, and showcase the capabilities of CoC.

  6. Health & Safety Compliance
    All attendees must comply with any safety protocols in place, including those related to health or venue policies.

  7. Right of Refusal
    We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate.
